Duties
 

Develop & implement business development of retail, aquaculture, and food industries to increase market share in China region

Promote below service to aquaculture and food clients:
  • -FSSC 22000
  • -BRC
  • -Global GAP
  • -ISO 22000
  • -ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO 45001
  • -ASC CoC
  • -MSC CoC
  • -RFM CoC
  • -IFFO CoC
  • -RSPO CoC
  • -2nd party audit
  • -Training

 

Develop and manage the relationship with local industry associations

Collaborating with other divisions to define the path and strategy to further penetrate targeted opportunities and accelerate the sales process

Meeting/exceeding a quota within a defined client base and strategic channel

Proficiently creating strategic plans to meet/exceed quota

Managing sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus

Education/Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or above degree in food, agriculture, or aquaculture
  • Sales experience in food certification, testing, training and consulting preferred

 

Experience Required
  • 3+ years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably selling solutions and services in highly regulated industries
  • Ability to consistently outperform sales quotas is expected; Achievement driven; Highly competitive
  • Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships 
  • Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into the business
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills in both Chinese and English
  • Strong organizational skills to navigate inter-departmental resources and coordinate across SAI Global’s lines of Business
