渠道业务拓展经理–Channel BDM

Responsibility
 
Primary:
 
Achieve budgeted sales targets through:
  •  1. Partnership & channel identification & variety
  •  2. Execution of the channel Sales target following the SAI Global strategy of channel & partnership
  •  3. Upselling and cross sales of incremental sales to independent Consultants
  •  4. Manage sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  •  5. Account Management of key Consulting companies and Individuals
  •  6. Maintained inbound enquiry satisfaction
  •  7. Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus
  •  8. Gaining and growing an in-depth knowledge of SAI Global’s solutions and services

 

Supporting:
 
Contribute to the national sales budget and ongoing review of plans for Assurance sales strategic changes, in particular adherence to:
  • 1. Lead management system
  • 2. Opportunities pipeline management system
  • 3. CRM system (SalesForce)
  • 4. Quality process
  • 5. Pro-Actively engage and participate in relationship building activities with industry associations and key players
  • 6. Provide input to new product development, pricing, licensing and new sales and marketing methods
  • 7. Actively build mutually beneficial relationships with peers:
  •      a). Marketing Managers and team
  •      b). Customer Service Managers and Team
  •      c). Other Sales Managers and Teams
  •      d). Operations Managers and Team
  •      e). Finance Teams
  •      f). Product Managers

 

Minimum Education/Professional Qualifications:

  •  1. Bachelor’s Degree or post-graduate studies in Business highly regarded
  •  2. Any other sales related studies highly regarded
Work Experience Required
  •  1. Exposure to a working in or with a Certified Body organisation preferred
  •  2. Knowledge of external consultant industry and advantage
  •  3. Solid experience in sales process re-engineering
  •  4. Excellent inter-personal and relationship building
  •  5. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  •  6. Experience using a CRM system, e.g. Salesforce.com
